  • Administering education in the field of Nutrition health with international quality
  • Developing appropriate research in the field of Health Nutrition in accordance with nutritional problems in the society
  • Disseminating research result in the field of Health Nutrition through national and international publications
  • Organizing community service activities in order to improve health status.
  • Establishing Cooperation with domestic and foreign institutions in order to improve the quality of education, research, and community service.

PURPOSE

  • Producing qualified professional human resources who are devoted to God Almighty and are able to compete at national and international level.
  • Generating and disseminating appropriate research in the field of Health Nutrition in accordance with nutritional problems in the society.
  • Implementing community service activities in order to improve health status.
  • Establishing cooperation with domestic and foreign institutions in order to improve the quality of education, research, and community service.

APPOINTMENT

UB School of Medicine is determined to implement an integrated working system to provide the best services in order to realize the satisfaction of service users in attempt to pursue FKUB Excellent Service.

Service Ethics:

  • Starts with a smile, greeting and salutation
  • Be obliged to wear ID Card
  • Be polite to all UB service users
  • Do not arbitrarily – have any persecution against all UB service users
  • Not to be justified in providing services to users while smoking or communicating with mobile phones or other communication devices

The type of services provided by the Department of Nutrition is providing educational services to major clients: students. The types of services provided to students are:

  • Each student gets an Academic Advisor
  • Students who excel and need any financial aid has the opportunity to get a scholarship
  • In the teaching and learning process, the infrastructures and facilities are provided, such as laboratory, centralized laboratory, and free hot-spot access
  • The assessment transparency process has been conduced through announcements to all students in regard to the final score of each course
  • At the end of each semester, the student satisfaction form with the educational services, including the teaching and learning process in Nutrition Department, is distributed
  • To create conducive conditions for the relationship between the students and the department, discussions forums are held between the students and Department Principals as well as lecturers in the form of hearings (auditive)
